Simon is a leading business process practitioner with extensive experience in business process identification, mapping, review, gap analysis and re-engineering.
Simon is accomplished in deriving business requirements from processes, the facilitation of workshops or engaging with all levels of stakeholders within an organisation and then documenting these into detailed and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications for system review and/or deployment. In addition, Simon has vast experience in successfully project managing IT projects encompassing the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
Simon is a highly qualified project manager and accountant, he possesses a Master of Applied Science degree in project management from the school of engineering and an honours degree in accountancy all obtained at the University of South Australia. Simon has also been awarded fellow status of the Australian society of Certified Practicing Accountants (FCPA).
